MEXICAN MINT 1986 MTB Liberty Trade 🗽 1oz .9999 Silver Round Proof in Blue Box
 
Up for sale, we have one (1) vintage .9999 fine silver round produced by the Mexican Mint in 1986 for Manfra, Tordella & Brooks (MTB), a bullion bank. This particular round is an extremely rare proof variation that is accompanied with a blue box. MTB Liberty standard production rounds were produced by multiple refiners including Engelhard and Johnson Matthey, but fewer refiners were responsible for producing the high quality proof variations for MTB. The 1985 Proof was produced by Johnson Matthey in .999 fine silver, but what makes the 1986 MTB Liberty Proof round one-of-a-kind is that it is composed of a more pure .9999 fine silver and features the OM Mexican Mint mark rather than the E (Engelhard) or JM⚒️ (Johnson Matthey) logos on the face of the round.  The item pictured may or may not be the exact item you will receive as we have a few of these items in stock.
