We package all of our items under HD video surveillance prior to shipping to ensure accuracy. Items are generally sent with USPS ground advantage or priority mail. Shipping to the United States is FREE sitewide for all users who have a registered account on the Silver Bar Stacker website. We also offer flat rate shipping for customers shipping items to addresses in Canada. Tracking is provided with no signature required for orders over 1 ounce, but you may contact us via e-mail BEFORE PURCHASING if you'd like us to upgrade the shipping method at your own cost. Upgrade options include Signature Required, Insurance, and Registered Mail. Silver Bar Stacker will not be responsible for any packages lost once USPS has accepted the item for delivery. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for any of our products at Silver Bar Stacker due to the volatility of the precious metals market.
