The Terms and Conditions is a legally binding agreement made by and between Silver Bar Stacker (“SBS”, “our,” we,” or “us”), and you, personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using the Website (“you” or “your”). The Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and the products and services we offer on the Website, including making purchases from Silver Bar Stacker, making sales to Silver Bar Stacker, and placing orders with Silver Bar Stacker.

By purchasing from, making sales to, or ordering from Silver Bar Stacker, whether by telephone, through the Website, in person, or otherwise, you are subject to all terms, policies, rules, restrictions, obligations, representations, and warranties, with which you hereby agree to comply. Bullion Purchases, Sales and Orders - Policies and Procedures

Pricing: Prices and availability of bullion at Silver Bar Stacker are subject to change, without notice, and are based on our original purchase price and overhead costs. As we specialize in collectibles, our pricing varies based on secondary market demand of each individual product more so than the spot price of the metal. Prices may fluctuate based on inventory being acquired or sold throughout the day.

Offers To Purchase or Sell: You may make a purchase or sell to Silver Bar Stacker, only in accordance with these terms and conditions and accompanying policies and procedures. Upon placing an order (“Order”) to purchase or sell with SBS, you have made an offer to purchase, or sell, bullion which may be withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance by SBS. Upon acceptance by SBS, the accepted offer will be a legally enforceable contract.

Offer To Sell: When selling to Silver Bar Stacker the price in your offer shall be binding upon acceptance by SBS by contract number. The bullion in the offer must be shipped within two (2) business days of acceptance and you must contact SBS via email silverbarstacker@gmail.com. Provide the tracking number so that we can confirm that the product has been shipped and is on route. If bullion isn’t received within 5 business days, the customer may be charged any market losses and a $45.00 administrative fee.

Offer To Purchase: Orders to purchase bullion shall be at the price set forth on the website (“Purchase Price”). All orders must have credit card information to guarantee payment to SBS upon acceptance. We accept all major credit cards such as; Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, and more.

Acceptance: Upon SBS (1) emailing confirmation to you: (2) sending an invoice to you; and (3) posting your order on the website confirmation page, the order shall be accepted and the contracting binding.

​

Silver Bar Stacker Market Loss Policy: Upon issuance of an order number following a purchase from Silver Bar Stacker, the price is guaranteed and you may not cancel the transaction. If your item is canceled, you are responsible for any deficit between the price at which Silver Bar Stacker sold the item to you and the offsetting buy price. As set forth above, all cancellations are subject to our market loss policy, in addition to a $45.00 (USD) administrative fee. Market gains on cancellations shall remain the property of Silver Bar Stacker.

Without limiting any other legal or equitable rights and remedies that may be available to Silver Bar Stacker, Silver Bar Stacker may elect to apply any and all of your funds in its possession to satisfy your monetary obligations and/or may offset any obligations that Silver Bar Stacker may have to you. Silver Bar Stacker also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to apply any/all funds in its possession toward the satisfaction of your obligations to Silver Bar Stacker.

Payment Methods: We accept Credit Card Payments, Bank Wire, eCheck, and cash by mail in amounts not exceeding $9,999.99 per week (any seven day period). Silver Bar Stacker expressly reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at its sole discretion, regardless of payment method and price confirmation. Any payments or combination of payments within a seven day period that amount to $10,000.00 or more are subject to cancellation or a partial refund at Silver Bar Stacker's discretion and are also subject to a $45.00 (USD) administrative fee for processing the refund. Please make a note of the purchase limits set forth herein and contact Silver Bar Stacker via the website contact form if you have any questions about this policy.

In the instance of a paper check payment that is returned as nsf (not sufficient funds), Silver Bar Stacker reserves the right to cancel the order and charge administrative fees and market losses, and bill the payable balance to the credit card on file.

Payment Instructions: Silver Bar Stacker will issue payment instructions to you during the ordering process and via email following completion of your order. Silver Bar Stacker does not accept Cash on Delivery orders. Silver Bar Stacker reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is not dated within two (2) business days for bank wire orders or one (1) business day for paper check orders.

Shipment, Delivery, and Returns: Returns are not accepted for any of our bullion products at Silver Bar Stacker due to the volatility of the precious metals market. For your peace of mind, all of our bullion products have been sourced from reputable/licensed precious metals dealers/sellers and tested using industry-standard Sigma testing equipment before shipping out in order to verify purity. We package all of our items under HD video surveillance prior to shipping to ensure accuracy. Items are generally sent with USPS. While tracking is provided for most packages (some limitations apply as stated in the listing descriptions), packages are not insured and are shipped at the buyer's risk. SBS does not accept responsibility for orders where you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels when one is present, where you have not signed for receipt of the order, or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party.
